The Poo Free Parks™ program is paid for by organizational or corporate sponsorships. This is a win-win-win-win situation for everyone!
The citizens of Denver win because they get Poo Free Parks™ at absolutely no cost to them. At the same time ugly dispensers are replaced and a supply of poo bags are assured.
Sponsoring organizations win because they get to sponsor an important community service and receive recognition for doing so – at a very reasonable cost.
The City and County of Denver’s budget and Parks and Rec employees win because an ongoing problem is delegated to an outside organization, thus saving the City approximately $100,000 per year!
The planet Earth wins because toxic plastic that burdens our landfills and poisons our soils, water and wildlife is replaced with safe and bio-degradable materials.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Two hundred dispensers for 20 Denver parks will be provided during the first year; a 12-month Pilot Program. Sponsorships are offered at one of these three levels:
- Park Sponsorship – Organizations or individuals may choose one Denver park to sponsor all dispensers and bags in that park. Sponsorship entitles the organization to logo, company name, and company tag line (if any) on the signage above each dispenser in the park, as well as the imprint of their choice on the biodegradable plastic bags supplied for that park. Cost: $145/dispenser per month. A 6-month commitment is required.
- Quadrant Sponsorship: Companies or individuals may choose to sponsor a city quadrant, such as the northeast, northwest, southeast or southwest quadrant. Quadrant sponsors pay $125 per dispenser per month to have their name, logo and tagline on the signage above each dispenser and their imprint on bags for a minimum of 6-months.
- Exclusive Sponsorship: Larger organizations may choose to sponsor all 200 dispensers and all 120,000 bags for all 20 City and County of Denver parks (including 6 dog parks) during the first year pilot program. The cost of exclusive sponsorship is $99 per dispenser per month, or $19,800 per month which would include the company name, logo and tagline on all 200 dispersers plus any imprint (wording, logo, information) on the biodegradable plastic bags supplying the dispensers. A minimum 6-month commitment will be required.
